I've used these guys about 8 years ago for a sunroof problem my 2001 BMW M5 was having, they did a great job replacing it then and it hasn't given me any issues. Yesterday, the window regulator went out while I was on a trip to Disneyland. I went over to the shop the very next day and they saw me immediately and took a look at things- as it happened they had a window regulator in stock and did the job in under 3 hours. I was really sweating about having the window down and possibly causing damage with the humidity/dew over night so these guys really came through for me. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable about older BMWs like mine. It's certainly a relief knowing I can trust the team to work on my somewhat fragile collector car.
