I've used these guys about 8 years ago for a sunroof problem my 2001 BMW M5 was having, they did a great job replacing it then and it hasn't given me any issues. Yesterday, the window regulator went out while I was on a trip to Disneyland. I went over to the shop the very next day and they saw me immediately and took a look at things- as it happened they had a window regulator in stock and did the job in under 3 hours.
